Hi! I'm Marit, Somatic Business & Life Coach for Paradigm Shifting Women

The first women’s circle I ever hosted was in 2018 at our tiny Brooklyn apartment — not knowing it would change the course of my life.

It was in circle that I remembered my true power to create the reality my heart desires, made aligned plans for dreams I had put aside as ‘silly’, and felt what it’s like to be truly seen + supported while rising.

Now I’m so excited for the growing community we’ve been building online and in San Francisco, of women here to bring more joy, ease, connection and HEART to their life and work. The days of figuring it all out alone / of getting ourselves to move / of making ourselves smaller than we actually are — are over.

Modalities we tap into are guided inner journeys, gentle nervous system regulation practices, Internal Family Systems, journaling and group wisdom — all to support you to rise from what has been draining you, and INTO what makes you come fully alive.
